Welded pipes can be used directly from the machine. In recent years, we have continuously optimized this product group.
In addition to the classic materials, high-strength dual-phase and complex-phase steels can also be processed into pipes. These achieve strengths of more than 1200 MPa. Welded tubes are used in numerous areas due to their tolerances, straightness properties and the single-stage manufacturing process.
Many shapes can be produced ready for machining. Our product portfolio includes round, rectangular and flat oval tubes. The surface of the steel tubes is also suitable for a direct coating process. Alternatively, the tubes can also be manufactured from galvanized strip.
Welded tubes are used in the automotive industry in the following components, among others:
Welded tubes are also required in many areas of the furniture industry:
Our welded tubes are also used in logistics, e.g. as support rollers for conveyor systems, frame parts for floor conveyor systems or in container construction.
