Punching and perforating tubes

The mechanical processing of tubes is ideal for large series and fixed contours. Cold forming impresses with its high speed and repeatable quality.

In addition to punching, other contours can also be produced:

• Embossing beads
• Flattening ends
• Die bending
• Roll press bending
• Punching and embossing
• Trimming

The contour is supported with retracting internal mandrels, the fall of the punching slug is monitored and the collapse is kept to a minimum.
